Our client, a leading financial institution, is actively recruiting for a VP in its Compliance team. The incumbent will take charge of the product compliance coverage for Equities, Derivatives, Corporate Finance & Research, as well as implement comprehensive compliance monitoring programmes, mange all trading records and monitor & disseminate changes from regulatory bodies to the business units accordingly.

The successful candidate will be an experienced individual with over 10 years of compliance experience within the financial services industry and strong business / product knowledge in Equities, Derivatives, Securitised Assets, M&A etc. He / She is a strong communicator who can liaise confidently with internal and external counterparts, as well as possesses the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
