Project Manager - Finance

Leadership role for this US MNC as they look to continually enhance and improve their financial systems across the Asia Pacific region.

As the Senior Project Manager you will be the lead for all process improvements, enhancements and reengineering initiatives for this publicly listed information service provider. This complex and challenging role will require you to work closely with stakeholders throughout the region and the world to ensure a full understanding of business and system requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Bookmaster, Hyperion Planning and HFM enhancements and upgrades
• Analyse and document business requirements and recommend best design
• Lead the testing and quality assurance function and conduct application training
• Create documentation to support ongoing usage
• Develop project plans and manage activities to ensure improvements are delivered to schedule

Key requirements

• Degree educated - finance/accounting/information systems
• 6+ years experience in a project management position ideally in a complex MNC environment
• Good understanding Accounting, Planning, and Budgeting
• Excellent change management and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse group of people
• Ability to conceptualise solutions and communicate it effectively to users and stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally knowledge in Hyperion Planning / Essbase calculation scripts and Essbase Load Rules
