This global commodities trader is expanding aggressively in the region and has a very strong and growing presence in Singapore. The Operations Manager plays an important role in the organisation and is therefore a vital hire requiring a dedicated, experienced and motivated individual.
 
Reporting into the company director, you will be responsible for overseeing all post-order processes - from documentation, shipping coordination, insurance, audit and reporting as well as ad-hoc projects. You will be managing a team in a fast paced, pressured environment.
 
Key requirements: 

• Degree holder
• 5+ years in global trade compliance (import, export, warehousing, logistics, supply chain)
• High analytical skills with a strong process mindset
• Experience leading teams
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
• Those with commodities experience will be highly regarded
