A Multinational Media Service provider is currently looking to expand their infrastructure within their regional office inHong Kong. This new position sits within the Finance team who works directly with senior management including the CFO and board of directors. The successful individual will look to bring value to the company and streamline the current financial reporting team process and structure as well as actively participating in management reporting functions as well.
This individual must be a experience and analytical individual with outstanding communication to face off with different areas of the business. The title and seniority will depend on the individuals experience and previous responsibilities.
Responsibilities for Finance manager position (not limited to)
- Make sure all financial statements and reports are in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support different line of business within theHong Kongbusiness
- Participate and advise on any management reporting issue as required
- Point of contact for external auditors or any annual audit matters
- Create and improve account policies and manual for daily uses by the finance team
- Participate in planning tax computation and tax planning as well as handling the annual account closing
- Manage a team of accountant
Requirement for Finance manager position (not limited to)
- At least 5 years of financial accounting experience within the servicing and technology industry
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in media / MNC / PRC will be preferred
- Understands the Policies and procedures for government regulations
- Good English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Qualified accountant (CPA or Equivalent) and related Degree holder
