The candidate
What we're looking for is simple: an established experienced recruiter willing to roll up their sleeves to establish a desk and client base, proactively develop relationships with clients and help build a first class team that values long term relationships and quality-driven client and customer services above all else. You'll need to have proven business development and account management skills, an excellent track record alongside drive, commitment and plenty of commercial acumen. In return we can offer participation in a highly lucrative uncapped commission scheme that rewards individual billings, a flexible career plan (management or continuing as a 'top biller'), international opportunities and annual incentive schemes that have in the past included weekends away in Australia or holidays to Dubai, Las Vegas and similar.
